Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products. Items ordered on TOKbeauty.ca cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retail partners. Additionally, TOK Beauty products purchased at our retail partners cannot be returned to TOK Beauty.
Please note that due to the imposed US Tarrifs requiring all shipments to have pre-paid duties starting August 29, we are in the process of opening a new US based warehouse location in order to ship directly to customers from within the USA.
