Refund policy

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
For all beauty products, all sales are final when purchased directly through www.tokbeauty.ca or www.tokbeauty.com. We do not accept returns directly from products purchased through our retailers and it is up to individual retailers to set their own return and exchange policies. 

For any other questions related to returns, you can always contact us for any return question at hello@tokbeauty.com. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We have a no exchange policy on all beauty products. If you've made a mistake on your order, let us know and we'll do our best to help you order what you're looking for instead.


Refunds
Please contact us directly at hello@tokbeauty.com if you have any concerns regarding refunds. We're happy to refund your order in full for any reason, if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Notice: US Tariffs

Please note that due to the imposed US Tarrifs requiring all shipments to have pre-paid duties starting August 29, we are in the process of opening a new US based warehouse location in order to ship directly to customers from within the USA.

Shipping is scheduled to resume after September 19th, 2025. Orders placed now, will ship as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience!
